Nazmul H Rana is a Chartered Legal Executive gaining his membership as a Fellow in September 2019 through CILEX. In pursue of a legal profession, he completed a LLB (Hons) Law degree with a distinctive method towards critical analysis and ability to carry out in depth work. He then successfully completed a Bar Professional Training Course from the City, University of London and admitted to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He has shown an exceptional talent for advocacy.

He has a vast expertise of six years in matters involving Immigration, Family, Litigation and Employment. Among the cases he has recently dealt with, the case of R (on the application of Ahmed) v SSHD [2019] UKUT 00010 (IAC) has been reported.
