Prior to successfully completing his Bar Vocational Course (BVC) in 2004, Mr Iqbal Hossain completed his second LLB (Hons) in the UK in 2003 while he earlier completed his first LLB (Hons) from Bangladesh in 1991 and LLM in 1992. He started practicing law quarter of a century ago in 1994. Mr Hossain started practicing law in the UK as a regulated practitioner in 2008 and later qualified as a Solicitor in 2014. Mr Hossain has a vast experience in litigation as well as dealing with both employees and employers. He specialises in immigration law including corporate immigration (Tier 1 Entrepreneur, Tier 1 Investor and sponsor licence applications). He has been working in immigration law for over a decade as a registered OISC level 3 advisor and a SRA registered solicitor. He had previously been Director and owner practitioner of a number of regulated immigration firms.

Mr Hossain has countless number of tribunal appearances making his experience in immigration law practice extensive. Being regulated for over a decade also depicts his extensive supervisory and managerial experience in the English Legal System. He has a strong background in the Points Based System and has represented numerous organisations and individuals who seek visas in order to employ candidates from overseas, to set up or invest in businesses in the United Kingdom as well as those seeking to work in the United Kingdom. Given his business experience, he has an excellent understanding of business which ties in well with his specialist areas of Tier 1 and Tier 2.
